These Terms of Service govern your use of the www.ipolitics360.com  website (the "Site"). The Site is provided to you by ipolitics360.com, ("we" or "us"). These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal contract between you and us. By using the Site, you accept its terms. The Internet is an evolving medium. If we need to change these Terms of Service at some point in the future, we'll post the modified Terms of Service on this Site and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service as modified. We reserve the right to deny access to this Site, or any service provided via this Site, to anyone who violates these Terms of Service or who, in our judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy this Site, or infringes the rights of others.

REGISTRATION
To access certain features of our Site, you may be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifying information such as your name, address and email address, and also may ask you to provide certain demographic information such as your gender and date of birth. We do not knowingly accept advertising that discriminates or intends to discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status.
TRADEMARKS
The ipolitics360 trademarks, service marks, product and service names, and other corporate indicia (the “ ipolitics360  Marks") are the property of ipolitics360 LLC. You agree not to display or use in any manner any of the ipolitics360 Marks without our prior permission.
INTERACTIVE FEATURES AND POSTING CONTENT
This Site may include a variety of features, such as and among others, posting forms, bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features, such as personalized home pages and email services, which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on ipolitics360, such as, forms, web logs, chat rooms, and other public posting areas on the Site, or sent via any email services on the Site, lies with each user and you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the Site. It is a condition of your use of the Site that you do not:

  1. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Service.
  2. Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the www.ipolitics360.com website (the "Site"), which is provided by Ipolitics360 ("we" or "us"), This Privacy Policy governs our collection of information from you through your use of the Site. It does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means; for example, via mail or via telephone. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand our online privacy practices. By visiting this Site, you agree that your visit, and any dispute over our online privacy practices, is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Visitor Agreement. This children's privacy statement explains ipolitics360's practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information on your rights under federal law with respect to such information.
This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. We screen users who wish to provide personal information in order to prevent users under the age of thirteen from providing such information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, we also do NOT knowingly distribute any such information to third parties.
